It also helps to improve digestion and hydration, while helping to soothe the digestive tract and lower areas of stress. It can be done at any time during your yoga routine or for relaxation afterward. Locust Pose or Salabhasana (which means "locust posture"). If you're looking for a great back exercise that also tones your abs, this is one that's perfect for you!
